Return Policy
We accept returns on items that are unwashed and have the original tags and packaging.
Please Note:
- To create a return, please click here, fill in your order number and zip code, then follow the onscreen instructions. Before submitting a return, please read below to learn about our return policy and eligible items.
- Unless otherwise noted, return requests must occur within 30 days of when the order was fulfilled.
- Family Pajama return requests must occur within 14 days of when the order was fulfilled.
- If the item you are looking to return was a part of a gift set or multi-piece pack, all of the items included must be returned.
- Any promotional items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
- There is a shipping & handling fee based upon the estimated label return cost. You will see this fee during your returns submission. The fee is waived for exchanges or store credit returns.
- Original shipping costs and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded.
- New, unworn items, with tags still on them are eligible for returns. If tags have been removed and items are defective or damaged, please contact customer care at care@honestbabyclothing.com or 888-234-4224. If tags have been removed and the product has been worn, we will not accept a return and no credit will be given to your original form of payment.
- We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on HonestBabyClothing.com. We have great relationships with our retail partners and if you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy.
- Honest Baby Clothing monitors Return Activity and reserve the right to limit returns.
